Day-to-day life is more positive and enjoyable when it is HEALTHY living.  Knowing what to do is important. Train Your Inner Athlete coaching enables individuals to gain knowledge in a supportive environment. There are NO quick fixes! It is about learning to live with intention.

Train Your Inner Athlete incorporates a total wellness approach to coaching.  Being healthy is more than fitness and movement.  Wellness includes aspects of daily living such as restful play, community & relationships, hydration, nutrition, and sleep.  It is our goal to assist you in creating healthy habits leading to the specific path that fits your lifestyle. We will use various platforms to assist you in your goals. We offer individual coaching and wellness courses.

Individual Wellness Coaching

Individual, one-on-one coaching will focus specifically on you.

This monthly program includes a one-on-one meeting to discuss your specific goals and past roadblocks as we create a game-plan that will guide you toward sustainable success. During the month we will have weekly check-ins to assess and modify the plan as you experience successes and find new challenges. The strategy will be developed together and can include conversation about nutrition and exercise, reading food labels, a pantry/fridge makeover, grocery shopping, life priorities, dreams and fears, etc. This monthly plan will be built to fit you.

With 25 years of coaching, 20+ years in the fitness industry and 6 years of health coaching, Lisa will join you on your health journey to living the life you want.

Start 2024 feeling strong!

Don’t wait to make a New Year’s Resolution. 

The next two months are filled with end-of-the-year pressures, parties, winter weather, family obligations, travel, work, etc.

Focus on YOU.  Give yourself the gift of being your priority so you aren’t saying the same things on January 1st.  Start making small changes today to create the life you want. 

Making change is hard and doing this alone can be harder.  Join this program for 8 weeks of ideas, support, and accountability.  Establish some habits that will set the foundation for a great year.  You will decide what you want to work towards and we will create a program together that guides you.

Expect to be supported and challenged.

What to expect: 
An individual meeting to share your thoughts, ideas, hurdles, goals, and dreams and to establish where to begin. 

A community platform to share thoughts, struggles, and ideas with others in the group (this will remind you that you are not alone)
