8:00am - Spin
Spin classes are a great way to get in a vigorous workout – burn calories and keep your muscles in shape, especially during the off-season. Certified instructors will guide you through workout phases – warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. This makes it easy for all levels to participate. All you'll need is workout clothes, sneakers, a towel (to wipe your face), and a water bottle.
Will be held in the parking lot area at Westbrook Community Center near the pool/gym entrance
9:00am - Core, Strength, & Flexibility
Core exercises train the muscles in your abdomen, lower back, hips, pelvis, and trunk to work in harmony to facilitate a stronger and more stable body. Flexibility is important to maintain posture and strength. This class utilizes balance, stability and strength training to work the core.
Will be held in the parking lot area at Westbrook Community Center near the pool/gym entrance
10:00am - Pound
An exhilarating full-body workout where you become one with the music. Combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training, with yoga and pilates-inspired movements, using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Will be held in the parking lot area at Westbrook Community Center near the pool/gym entrance
10:00am - Yoga
Designed for all ability levels, you can expect a flowing vinyasa sequence that starts with slow, grounding energy, then builds heat in the middle, and ends with sweet savasana rest. By pairing movement through physical postures with breath work, we cultivate lasting connections between our mind and body.

COST: $10/person for the morning - attend 1 class OR try all 4!
What to bring/wear?
Water
Mat or towel for exercises on the ground
Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes
Sunscreen and/or bug spray (optional)
What are we doing to keep you safe?
Face covering/mask is required for all athletes during arrival and departure.
Athletes will have designated, appropriately spaced, areas during the workout. Face covering/mask must be worn when out of designated area.
Per city regulations, athletes will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and given a non-contact temperature screening upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100 degrees F will be sent home.
We will make hand sanitizer available for before/after class and we stress the importance of proper hand washing.
No equipment will be shared during class - please bring your own mat and water bottle.
