A dynamic class providing cardiovascular and strength circuits designed to help you achieve your health goals. High intensity interval training combined with strength training will improve your cardiovascular fitness, balance, general health and weight management. Each class will challenge you in a different way and is designed for any fitness level.
Core strength is important to posture and structural health. Core exercises train the muscles in your abdomen, lower back, hips, pelvis, and trunk to work in harmony to facilitate a stronger and more stable body. This class utilizes balance, stability and strength training to work the core. Core flexibility will include a dynamic warm up, core training and flexibility exercises.
Strength is important to stability, balance, flexibility and every-day movement. Maintaining our lean body mass helps us to move and maintain an efficient metabolism. This class will focus on strength using body-weight, dumbbells and suspension training to develop your balance, core and muscular strength. Each class will challenge your muscles to make neuromuscular adaptations.
Hit The Road
Join a fun group for a Saturday morning run or walk and some coffee and conversation. We meet at 7:30am. Routes ranging from 1-mile up to 6-miles are provided and we gather for coffee and conversation when we return from our routes. No prior experience needed. All levels welcome. We are there rain or shine. FREE

Hydro Power - Davan Pool at the WCC Mondays 5:30-6:30am
Deep-water workouts take away the pounding on your joints without losing the positive impact of high intensity interval training. Many of the training techniques used on land will be implemented in the water, providing you with a great workout! This class is designed for individuals of all swimming and fitness levels, and the class does not require swimming technique. Deep-water exercises, core training and strength work will be incorporated into the pool setting. Take the impact off your joints while maintaining the impact on your training.
Power Hour - WCC Tuesdays 5:30-6:30am
Whether you are training for a healthy life or getting ready for a race competition or upcoming sports season, this class is for you. Utilizing a variety of exercises and high intensity interval training, this class will challenge the cardiovascular and muscular systems for any fitness level. Train your stability, strength, agility, speed, balance, flexibility and core to accomplish your goals. Each class will challenge you in a different way. We are all athletes.
Running the Road - WCC
Designed for individuals of all fitness levels, HIT the Road includes running and walking routes and hill-repeat workouts . If you are training for a road race these types of workouts are a great addition to the miles you are already putting in and are designed to improve your race time. Come enjoy the outdoors and improve your health. (Year Round~Meet at WCC)

This class focuses on developing strength with body-weight and dumbbell exercises to accomplish your goals. Each class will challenge your muscles to make neuromuscular adaptations.
CardioQuest - WCC Fridays 5:30-6:30am
High intensity interval training is one of the most important elements to improving cardiovascular fitness and to impacting weight management. This class will include three segments of training: a low-intensity Dynamic warm-up, interval and repeat training techniques to challenge your body and cardiovascular system and core training. This class can accommodate individuals of any fitness level. It is designed to assist those looking to elevate their general health, impact their weight management or train for a new physical challenge.
